Super Paloma
The drink that started it all! Tart, light, and fresh.
1.5 oz Superbird Blanco
1 oz grapefruit juice
.5 oz lime juice
.25 oz agave syrup
Shake. Strain over fresh ice in a salt or tajin rimmed glass. Top with with soda water.
Garnish: grapefruit wedge
